SHERYL B. GALLER, a partner of the firm, has extensive experience in the litigation and arbitration of commercial and employment disputes. She has represented the firm's domestic and international clients in a wide range of matters involving fraud, breach of franchise rights, civil RICO, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and breach of contract claims.

Ms. Galler also counsels clients with respect to employment related disputes and has negotiated scores of severance agreements and employment contracts on behalf of the firm's clients.

Before joining Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, Ms. Galler was an associate in the litigation department at Dewey Ballantine LLP (1995-2000).  She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and New York County Lawyers Association.

Ms. Galler is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Columbia College, summa cum laude, and Columbia University School of Law, 1993, where she was Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Note Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law. She is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
