Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP has been a majority women-owned law firm since its establishment over a decade ago.  Two of our three founding partners are women.  Now that we have grown to 20 attorneys, the firm remains thoroughly committed to promoting all forms of diversity at both the associate and partnership level. 

We are certified by the State of New York as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and the City of New York as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).

We are a member of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), which shares our goal of encouraging clients to hire women-owned law firms such as ours based on the experience and talent of our attorneys, not their gender.

Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP was honored by the New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA) for its commitment to increasing diversity in the legal profession. We are one of several major New York firms who have led the profession by signing the NYCLA Diversity Statement calling upon other law firms and law departments to take affirmative steps to achieve greater diversity.
