Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP attorneys author chapter on international arbitration for federal judicial benchbook on international law (forthcoming)

Tai-Heng Cheng and Julia Peck of Hoguet, Newman, Regal & Kenney LLP, together with Gary B. Born of WilmerHale, have authored a chapter on international arbitration practice in U.S. courts for a forthcoming American Society of International Law (ASIL) publication on international law.  The ASIL book is designed as a “judicial bench book” for reference by U.S. federal judges when confronted with applications for judicial relief related to international arbitration proceedings venued in the U.S. or abroad.
