Eve S. Moskowitz focuses on general business and employment litigation.  Ms. Moskowitz joined Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP in 2010.  She was previously a litigation associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP (2008-2010) and at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP (2005-2007).  She also clerked for the Honorable I. Leo Glasser, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York (2007-2008).

During her time with the firm she has been involved in a wide array of litigation matters, including prosecution and defense of FLSA overtime claims, employment litigation matters for the MTA, Article 78 proceedings, Carmack Amendment claims, and fraudulent inducement and breach of fiduciary duty claims against a partner in a joint venture.  Ms. Moskowitz has litigated in federal and state courts in New York, including trials in the Southern District and Commercial Division. 

Ms. Moskowitz graduated from New York University School of Law in 2005, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board's Competitions Division and Trial Advocacy Society.  She obtained her undergraduate degree from Brown University (B.A., magna cum laude).   

Ms. Moskowitz is admitted to practice in New York and the Southern District of New York.  She is a member of the American Bar Association. She is a co-author of Anguish over Bad Investment Advice: A US Perspective, Butterworths Journal of Int’l Banking & Fin. Law 24.5 (2009) (co-authored with Peter Calamari), and The Path for a Lender to Preserve Its Collateral Following a “Deemed Rejection” Under 11 U.S.C. § 365(d)(4), 231 N.Y.L.J. S1 (2004) (co-authored with Andy Lance, Janet Weiss, and Kimberly Geiler).
