Our Attorneys

Sarah K. Logue joined Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP in 2009.  She focuses on General Business Litigation, Insurance Coverage Litigation, and Employment Litigation and has represented a wide range of clients in federal and state court.  Recent matters have included representing a large crop protection company in a multimillion dollar insurance coverage dispute, representing a public agency in an employment litigation, representing an international testing and inspection services company in a multi-party litigation in federal court, and advising an asset management firm in connection with a potential litigation.  

Sarah was previously a litigation associate at Heller Ehrman LLP in New York, where she was involved in representing a Chinese-based pharmaceutical company in an antitrust action, various individuals in investigations before federal regulatory agencies, and a large non-profit organization in a federal court action seeking equitable relief and a corresponding appeal.  

Sarah graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2007, where she served as a Notes Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and a member of the Hastings Trial Team.  She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Boston College (B.A., magna cum laude).
