Our Attorneys

Steven D. Weber focuses on construction law and general commercial and securities litigation.  Mr. Weber’s practice includes representing clients in complex construction projects and business litigation matters.  Mr. Weber has litigated in federal and state courts in New York, including a trial in the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Weber graduated cum laude from George Washington University in 2003, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.  Mr. Weber graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2006, where he was elected to serve as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory International Law Review.  Mr. Weber previously served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Office of Corporation Counsel.

Mr. Weber is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Weber is a member of the Construction Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and serves on the Subcommittee on Green Building.
