Overview
Milan Sova is a litigator with a broad-based litigation practice focused on representing companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, as well as government investigations. His experience includes commercial disputes, corporate governance, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, civil rights, real estate, and securities matters. Milan has participated in all stages of litigation, from inception to resolution.
Prior to joining HNRK in 2024, Milan worked as a complex commercial litigation associate in the New York office of an international law firm. He attended Fordham University School of Law, where he was a notes and articles editor on the Urban Law Journal, as well as a Stein Scholar and member of the Fordham Law Moot Court.

Represented a private equity company and its subsidiary in investigations by federal agencies into investor disclosures.
Participated in an investigation for the Special Litigation Committee of an international corporation in response to a shareholder demand.
