Overview
Daisy Franco is a litigator with experience in commercial litigation, as well as regulatory and internal investigations. She also works on employment-related issues, including discrimination claims and restrictive covenants. Daisy has participated in and managed all stages of litigation, drafting pleadings, motion practice, as well as handling all aspects of discovery, including interviewing and preparing fact and expert witnesses.
Prior to joining Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP in 2026, Daisy was a litigation associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where she represented financial institutions and public companies in a variety of securities law and complex commercial litigation matters, as well as represented multiple foreign and domestic companies, financial institutions, and individuals in connection with investigations before the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, and DOJ. Daisy also completed a secondment with the in-house legal department at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, where she assisted in internal investigations, employment litigation, and other disputes.

- Represented foreign energy company against $14 billion in fraudulent conveyance and alter ego claims.
- Conducted multiple internal investigations on behalf of financial institutions and public companies regarding regulatory reporting requirements and whistleblower allegations.
- Represented a major financial institution in connection with fraud and other commercial tort claims arising out of an international Ponzi scheme.
- Represented financial institution in litigation related to trade secret misappropriation claims.
- Represented multiple companies in connection with voluntary requests from the SEC.
- Successfully represented pro bono clients seeking asylum claims.
