Randi May Quoted in Law360 and Bloomberg Law on Compensation Issues Surrounding the COVID-19 Vaccine


Randi spoke with Law360 about how employers should handle paying workers if they require their staff to get the COVID-19 vaccine. She suggests that employers who require vaccinations should consider employees use paid sick leave, and also proposes that employers add perks for getting vaccinated without outright requiring it.
