Randi May Quoted in Corporate Counsel on the Implications of the Health Care Industry’s New COVID-19 Guidance


Head of Employment Group Randi May spoke with Corporate Counsel on the implications of the health care industry relaxing COVID-19 safety policies to cope with the increasing shortage of nurses as the omicron variant continues to surge and the consequence of these types of policies on company morale. Randi notes, if “people are coming into the office with COVID, they have to work closely with people, it could create a really negative work environment.
