Randi May Quoted in SHRM on Vaccination Considerations for Employers


Head of Employment Group Randi May spoke with SHRM on the challenges private-sector employers must now consider when determining if they will require vaccination in the workplace. Randi notes if the employees are against the vaccination requirement, “it may be more difficult” to enforce, but the communication supporting the policy “can be rooted in the employer’s strong interest and duty to maintain a safe workplace for everyone.” Read more here.
