Bradley Nash Quoted in Bloomberg Law and Law360 on Chubb’s Opioid Insurance Loss

Bradley Nash spoke with Bloomberg Law and Law360 about the impact of an opioid wholesaler’s recent insurance win against Chubb, one of the first decisions finding coverage under a D&O policy for defense costs in opioid litigation.  As the law continues to evolve in this area, the court’s holding that D&O coverage can apply to losses arising from opioid litigation, could create a new avenue for pharmaceutical companies defending such lawsuits.
