Settlement Reached in Long-Running Palm Restaurant Dispute

A settlement agreement was reached last week in the ongoing battle between descendants of the Palm restaurant’s founders, ending all litigation relating to the Palm restaurant IP. Founding partner Fred Newman led an HNRK team representing the minority shareholder plaintiffs.
