Overview
Wendy Tsang is a litigator with experience in class actions. She has participated in all stages of the litigation process, from drafting pleadings and motion practice to handling all aspects of discovery including interviewing and preparing fact and expert witnesses.
Prior to joining Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney in 2022, Wendy was a litigation associate at Labaton Sucharow LLP in New York City, where she prosecuted complex securities fraud cases on behalf of retail and institutional investors. She also previously served as a Judicial Extern in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York under the Honorable Colleen McMahon.

Prosecuted major tech companies in privacy class actions.
Successfully secured asylum for individuals that were persecuted in their home countries because of their religion and sexual orientation.
