HNRK Wins Trial for Syngenta Crop Protection LLC

In a post-trial opinion handed down on Tuesday, Delaware Superior Court Judge Mary Johnston ruled that Syngenta did not make a material misrepresentation or omission in its policy renewal application that would excuse a pair of Zurich units from covering the company in litigation over numerous personal injury claims related to the company’s herbicide, Paraquat.
